Golf Highland’s collection of courses are all golfing gems, historically significant for one reason or another, and mostly offering unique and varied challenges with the undulating setting of the Highland landscape, or the sand-traps of the Firth-side links.

Play old, original courses designed by golfing greats. Strathpeffer Spa and Tain, for example, were laid out by “The Grand Old Man of Golf”, Old Tom Morris from St Andrews in the 1880s, while Nairn Dunbar and Inverness owe their origins to James Braid, who won The Open Championship five times in the early 20^th century.

The modern game of golf was born in 15^th century Scotland and remains a part of Highland culture.
